We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the metro station. It made it super convenient for us to explore the city's main attractions. The room was beautifully decorated with a touch of Italian design. We felt like we were truly immersed in the culture. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and we especially loved the fresh espresso served by the friendly staff.
We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The roomservice, the breakfast, the staff was very helpful too.
The price for the wi-fi connection, 17€ per 24hours for the business plan which is the only one that seems to work. They really should do something about it cuz its really bad charge their clients so much for something as simple as an internet connection.

The rate of the hotel was really good given the condition of the room & location. Room & bathroom were clean. Room was very big. We had a small kitchen as well.
The breakfast was poor but expected, given previous reviews. Also, I would've expected free wi-fi...or at least cheaper: it was 8 euros/hr.

Loved the chunky pillows and warm duvet on the comfortable bed, made for a cosy stay. the soundproof windows and curtains kept the noise out, allowing us to sleep in late. the nearby restaurants and shops made grabbing dinner easy and the convenient public transport links meant we could explore the area easily. the lack of kitchen utensils made cooking in the room a challenge and the outdated decor wasn't to our taste, but it didn't detract from our romantic escape.

just next to the metro station. easy to access to the center (8 stations to the Doumo). super market is 150m. triple room was big and confortable with fridge and freezer. Hotel staff was friendly. parking available.
breakfast is OK, but I didn't expect drinking coffee with plastic cup and eating breakfast with plastic folk and dish. room for breakfast was very small compare to number of customres. I felt like eating at economy class in an airplane. This must be changed.

The service was excellent. We loved it very much. The room was very spacious and the linen were very clean. We shall stay in this hotel if we have another opportunity. The metro is just across, hardly one mintue to walk to the station.

The best aspects of my stay were the convenient location and spacious rooms. The hotel is situated just steps away from the metro station, making it extremely easy to explore the city and reach the main attractions. The rooms were large and even had a kitchenette, which was great for longer stays. I appreciated the fact that the hotel provided two small bottles of water in the room, a thoughtful gesture.
There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the communication with the hotel was not the best.

The hotel is at a good location with access to the metro. Also there are ample places to eat around the hotel. The rooms are very spacious.
the breakfast is very ordinary and offers no variety.
